Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any Voyzu online product ("the Services") operated by Voyzu ("us", "we", or "our").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree to any of the Terms, you are not permitted to use the Services.
We provide the Services to you as is. You use them at your own risk and discretion. That means they don’t come with any warranty. None express, none implied. No implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, title or non-infringement.
Voyzu won’t be liable to you for any damages that arise from your using the Services. This includes if the Services are hacked or unavailable. This includes all types of damages (indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary). And it includes all kinds of legal claims, such as breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, or any other loss.
As relevant we will communicate with the administrator who installed Voyzu (the "Voyzu Google Workspace Administrator") regarding the Service, for example to notify you of new features available in the Service. You may not unsubscribe from these mandatory service communications. From time to time we may also send the Voyzu Google Workspace Administrator communications regarding other Voyzu products and services. You may unsubscribe from these emails if you wish. We will never send marketing emails for products and services un-related to Voyzu.
By using the Services, you agree to let Voyzu collect and use information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Voyzu is offered only to people 16 years old and over. By using the Services, you affirm that you are over 16.
Voyzu is not offered to individuals or businesses engaging in activites that violate the laws of your country, nor is Voyzu offered to individuals or businesses that offer Adult content or services, such as pornography and sexual services.
If we learn that you are in breach of these Terms, or for any other valid reason, we may terminate your account without notice. What constitutes a valid reason will be determined at our sole discretion. You may discontinue the Services for any reason without notice by un-installing the Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we change the Terms we will also change the Effective Date that appears at the top of these Terms. If a revision is material we will notify you. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after the Terms are updated, you agree to be the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are the whole agreement between Voyzu and you concerning the Services.
